With your permission, the Application collects location data to verify your presence at designated work locations. This location access is required during check-in/check-out to confirm your attendance at specific locations and is essential for accurate timekeeping.
Background Location Consent: By enabling location services, you consent to the collection of background location data. This data is used exclusively for attendance verification purposes, and not for tracking outside work-related activities. We only collect GPS coordinates during clock-in and clock-out actions, ensuring that location data is used solely for its intended purpose.
This background location access is a core feature of the Application, as it ensures accurate tracking of employees' attendance at the designated work locations. Without this, the app cannot fulfill its primary function—tracking and verifying employee attendance.
You can revoke your consent at any time by disabling location access in your device settings.
Biometric authentication, such as fingerprint recognition, is managed entirely by the device’s operating system. The Application does not store, access, or transmit raw biometric data.
Your consent is obtained through an in-application confirmation checkbox prior to first use. By providing consent, you authorize the Application to process your data as described in this policy.
