Welcome to LBRDC Timekeep, an employee time and attendance tracking application. This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain how we collect, use, protect, and share your information when you use the Application, and outline the rules governing its use.

Definitions

• Application: The LBRDC Timekeep mobile application
• Company/We/Us/Our: LBRDC
• User/Employee/You: Authorized employees of LBRDC
• Personal Data: Information that identifies an employee, including employee ID, attendance records, location verification data, and device information
• Location Data: GPS or geofence-based data used solely for attendance verification
• Service: Timekeeping, attendance, and related employee features

Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide employee attendance and timekeeping services:

• Employee identification information • Attendance records (clock-in and clock-out timestamps) • Location verification data during attendance actions • Device information (model, OS version, device identifier) • Application usage and diagnostic data

Location Information

With your permission, the Application collects location data to verify your presence at designated work locations. Location access may occur while you are clocked in and is used strictly for attendance verification in accordance with company policy. The Application does not track your location outside of work-related attendance activities.

Biometric Authentication

Biometric authentication, such as fingerprint recognition, is managed entirely by the device’s operating system. The Application does not store, access, or transmit raw biometric data.

Consent

Your consent is obtained through an in-application confirmation checkbox prior to first use. By providing consent, you authorize the Application to process your data as described in this policy.
